Not receiving email notifications

Anyone else having problems? Suddenly stopped working overnight after having no issues previously.

I'm using hotmail. Not ending up in junk folder either..

i'm using gmail, had the same issues for weeks (or maybe a few months) now.

Very strange.

I still get wink and friend request notifications, but not messages!

at least you're getting them, i get nothing.

if you do a search on the forums for 'not getting emails' quite a few topics have been made on the subject now.

nobody seems to know how to fix it. not sure if it's the email provider themselves causing the problem either.

Fixed it.

Somehow the notification setting had been changed.

Account email notifications and turned on

Now getting notified!

Not getting any email notifications either, settings still set to get them.

i noticed i had to verify my account, there was a link in one of my mails (on here) to do that. i'm getting them again now.

not sure why we have to keep verifying our email address/accounts though?
