Have you tried logging out of Fab. Clear your browser history n cache, restart your device and log back in and try again.
If that doesn't help use the contact button of the page, bottom of home page on mobile site, and ask Admin to take a look for you. |

I was under the impression if someone messages a user outside of their filters then it breaks these filters so the person can reply so best contact admin and ask them to change it for you. |
