Hi a couple have just reached out to discuss a meet it won't let me reply as saying I have been age blocked. I haven't changed my age at all they have reached out to me - Is there a way you can allow me to reply?

We are the couple that mailed him, all very strange, we can send him messages but he cannot reply, he does not fall into any our blocking criteria, yet he can still send us a friends request and message us using the verifications process ( which isn't adequate )
We are just assuming it's a glitch from his end? |

"Maybe because he's not a site supporter and that's a filter you may have set and overlooked "
if someone has filters on and they message the person who would have initially been blocked from messaging then as it has already been said no blocks would apply |
