Deleting Messages

If I send a message, and then delete it, does it get deleted from the recipients mailbox too?

Forgot to add...

The recipient has not read the message when I delete it from my end...

Nope, they can still read the message, you have only deleted your copy of the message not the actual message. Just like a text, if you delete your sent text after it is sent it will still be received.
