Changing Individuals Within a 'Couple'

How is it possible for someone to have pictures and verifications dating back to June 2013, but the female is currently 18?

Are couples allowed to swap individuals in this way? Surely it could end up a bit like Trigger's Broom?

Or they changed date of birth and 18 is their "fab" age.

Possibly, but that would still imply they joined at 14/15.

You wouldn't have thought that was possible.

. Maybe it was a single profile that changed to a couple when he met a lady, not even sure if that's possible buts it's the only reason i can think of
