Just wondering if anyone can help me.
My fuckbuddy and I have just created a new couples profile. For the last 24 hours, we've been trying to upload photos, but whenever we try we get the message:
We are not currently accepting uploads
This applies to normal profile photos and also when trying to upload our photo for verification.
We've tried this from the mobile app and also from Windows 10 using either Edge or Firefox. It fails on all platforms.
Is there a problem at the server end?
Any help would be much appreciated. |

Can anyone in the admin team help here?
I've also tried to email the photos, but it says that the site isn't accepting email submissions at the moment. This all works from my single man account.
Is there some kind of restriction on new accounts at the moment? |

Just wondering if someone from the admin team could get back to me on this problem.
I've tried all the methods I can think of to get help, but still nothing doing.
The new couples profile is 'biguyandcumslut'. I'm still unable to upload a photo verification, either through the browser or e-mail.
I can't upgrade to a site supporter, either.
I just keep getting told that the site isn't accepting any of these things at the moment.
What happens if I delete the profile and re-create it?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Could be related to you using the same internet/device as your single account. Have you tried accessing the new account from a different location to upload pics? |

I have no problem uploading pics to my couples and this profile using the same wifi and device, within minutes of each other. |
