It is unlikely that admin will change your profile because you have been verified as a single male, the easiest thing to do is to start a new couples profile and get photo verified together |

Admin are usually happy to change a F profile to a MF profile (all you have to do is add "I only meet with my boyfriend" to your profile. However, they rarely change a M profile to a MF profile, especially if verified. |
