I dunno if this is true but someone tried to convince me that if you're a single guy trying to verify another single guy and the single guy you're trying to verify (still with me?) has blocked single guys in Message Filters not only will you not be able to message them you can't verify them either. |

good point I've gotten another 6 but don't show upon menu of my verifications they are there I've seen the couples and people doing it can only think it's site problem at minute tgc xxx |

The majority of people who complain to us that verifications aren't registering are trying to verify other accounts that they have created.
For obvious reasons, we don't allow these verifications so they don't register.
We've worked hard behind the scenes to make "verifications" much harder to game. If you meet someone real and they verify you from their own computer, it will record just fine.

I have posted verification to one or two meets recently one has arrived and the other one hasnt - the one that hasnt arrived i have verified before - can you please explain this problem?

This is the bit I don't really understand. Why does one person need to verify someone twice (or more often)? Does it make the recipient MORE verified?
Are we saying that verification by webcam is more 'valid' than chatting on the phone and that meeting in person is more 'valid' than either of the others? |

no not more verified although i do think that if you have met a person then that verification is more valid than if you have only chatted on the phone - you know more of what the person is about. |

That makes perfect sense but I still doubt the value of two verifications by the same person.
Again I'm guessing about the software but it may be (don't quote me) that if the recipient deleted the 'by chatting on the phone' verification, the 'by meeting in person' verification would work.

i think we will have to agree to disagree on the value of two verifications we obviously have differing opinions on that lol.
it is possible that by removing the previous feedback this one would be available to put on profile - will check that one out or if admin could confirm that it would be a help.

as i am posting feedback to a single guy (and we all know that single guys outnumber us ladies by at least 10 to 1) he finds that when i have posted feedback after a meet with him he gets far more action than before we meet. maybe this is psychological but it seems to happen lol

That's two interesting points.
Updating. It looks as if you can update a verification but not if you want to remove the verification. Surely it'd only be fair to be able to do both
Verify the same couple on separate occasions. Why? Does it make them more 'genuine'?

Maybe as admin mentions, people trying to self verify, and they can't.
I'm puzzled as to why someone want to verify someone 3 times, or even after every type of contact...
Maybe Verification is time expired, like the current status. Maybe we could have a thread on how long a verification lasts...It would sort of sort out people who haven't meet in ages or are nor single and not a couple etc etc etc...

i hope admin come up with an explanation for this as my meet has removed 2 of my original feedbacks and still nothing has happened but he has managed to leave me feedback today which makes 2 on my profile.

Its only my opinion, but i dont believe you should be able to verify other than in person.
By phone..yes you heard a voice, but that could be his or her friend and it doesnt prove the person will actually meet, nor does it confirm they in any way look like their pics.
By webcam..well ok so they are alive..does this confirm its the person in profile..possibly. Does this confirm they will actually meet, are not bunny boilers or axe murderers etc etc?
Therefore i feel you should only verify the person when you actually meet.
Equally if you meet for a coffee then meet at a later date for sex then you should be allowed to verify twice.
The first confirms they are real..they met..and they didnt make you want to run screaming because they stank or were loonies.
The second cos they floated your boat and the sex was amazing etc etc...
Just my thoughts

Phone verification: The profile is a real couple..to hear voices...at least to a certain extent.
Web cam: Same people with photo. Be it couple or singles. Just same, no proof of willingness to meet/travel/accommodate.
Meet in person: Same person in photo and cam. Willing to meet/travel. Sometimes don't mean willing to play or didn't connect.
Meet in person 2: Real, willing to play/accommodate and got skills...:D
Any verifications has it purposes...:D...and it's good to give different verifications on different meets so people can gauge whether that profile is willing to play or just looking for chat in person....:D |

i have to say, although i don't bother with 2nd verifications for my own profile, i will happily do one for others.
This is because I see the verification system not as a series of bedpost notches, but rather as someone else put, as proof that member is still actively playing.
I suppose I should put my repeat meets on as this only adds to the fact I have kept my shovel collection in the boot of my car! 
I guess the reason I don't is that when I have subsequent meets, it is more personal really and generally repeat meets are with people I have become friends with. |

Ive been having same problem numerous attempts to ver someone didn't work then finally presto .Then again I've watched myself being ver upon three ocassions now & nothing must be problem with site itself xxx  |
