Someone said to me they couldn't message someone as they were a newbie and that person had set their filters to not receive messages from newbies.
how long are you considered a newbie for and is there something she can do to speed up this ? |

I've seen someone quote 5 days but it may be less. and no, there's nothing you can do to speed it up. why would you? the person doesn't want to be contacted by newbies... |
