Viewing pictures on hidden profiles

I recently hid my profile however I was told that pictures public pictures are still available to see.

Is this correct??

Yes the public pictures are still able to be seen, even when profile is hidden.

Yes. Just set them to private, they will be private

I was aware that friends could see "friends only" pics.
