Threatening revenge porn

Someone just threatened to save my photos and share them as revenge porn. I've reported them, and will block them. Is there anything else I should/can do? I'm a bit shaken by it |

Sit back, safe in the knowledge that these 'knob jockey keyboard warriors' rarely actually have the balls to do anything they threaten to do - especially as it means they are outing themselves for being here - as well!

Save any messages and advise the person making the threats that you will be showing them to the police, then do so. |

It's illegal and they can and will be prosecuted for it. Google and show them cases where people have gone to prison for it.
Generally speaking though, assume some dumb assed angry idiot will one day do something like that and close any loops that they could get through.
Have fun, but stay safe within your boundaries. |

I agree with the last two posts.
Gather and document all of the evidence and take to the police or contact the revenge porn helpline.
Revenge porn is an offence under the Communications Act 2003 or the Malicious Communications Act 1988. Behaviour of this kind, if repeated, may also amount to an offence of harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
It also carries a prison sentence.
Would also agree with the person who mentioned do not show any photographs that could/would cause you, family, friends or work colleagues and embarrassment. |

I reported my ex husband to the police for that and he's not allowed near me or contact me. If you have a proof, call the police. I felt embarrassed, but they have heard everything. |

You could report him to the police as a precautionary measure . |
