Can't access camchat

I'm unable to use cams, it says I am currently not OK to use it, when I try use it

I've been on this site for some time anybody know a solution?

When getting a ban you get a automatic message from Admin so look at your messages

also chat only works if your a site supporter i thought

Anyone can access chat although mobile chat is only available to site supporters.
