hello, we are in the U.S and we used to be fully upgraded but now we are not. how do we go about upgrading? since we are not in the UK it says we cant is that true?

Hi,on the 11 July I paid £5 by text to be a silver site supporter.A few days later without my permission another £5 has been taken out plus not showing giving me any additional days membership.Anyone know who I should contact about this error as there does not seem to be contact help box.Thanks
