This might be the wrong fur on but, I've had a picture rejected as it was a screen shot, I did this as not to included the person I was standing with, I've had myself verified by the site admin, and the photos clearly me, it's a face shot any help would be much appreciated.

Y dont u take a face pic using ur phone instead of taking screenshots of other pics as that may be y it was rejected
