A friend of mine has deleted and decided to rejoin - common occurance judging by the number of returners on here
She is having difficulty rejoining tho as it says her email address is currently in use - but that seems to be linked to her deleted account ??
Any advice I can give her is appreciated
The devil in me says, tell her she can't join and keep her all to myself lol |

That's strange tho, the whole purpose of email verification is that your a real person with a real email, stopping 'robot' software creating lots of fake software linked to fake emails
If an email isn't linked to an active account then surely she should be able to use that email address
So she now needs to create another email address just for the purposes of fab rather than using her personal one ?
That doesn't sound right to me |

You can use the same email address if your account has been fully deleted. I've done that before when returning... though that was a while ago now so unless it's been changed...
Make sure that the account is fully deleted, maybe there's a forgot password button she could try? |

By using the "delete account" button after clicking on the "My account" tab. I assume that's what OP means by deleted but gotta be sure  |

That's the site terms and why they'd suspend an account.
Best not to bring up other peoples suspensions ect as against site rules to discuss in forum. It's between admin and them and best they deal with any issues with it themselves |
