Because there's more then one person in the photo.

Use the report function on the pic and ask Admin to re-check the pic  |

Leave it in your gallery, and ask admin to review it. It might have been accidentally pressing day the male or female button on uploading rather than couple, I know I've done that before and had pictures rejected. |
