Although I have set my mail settings to state I do NOT want messages from anyone who does not have a public profile photo, I am still getting messages from guys with no photo or photos are 'friends only'

Have you actually set ur filters so people are blocked or just said as a preference? Maybe these people you have spoke to before? |

I have set them as filters and i haven't spoken to them before. Hence why I wondered. |
