Must admit I was wondering that too. Often see threads locked for asking simple questions, even when rules have not been broken. |

You Dont Need to Know, right now |
"can a moderater contact me please and tell me why I had my thread closed down for asking a simple question about looking for advice from someone??"
If you're talking about your "legal advice needed" thread, the Forum mod (Jezebel) explained on the thread before she closed it. If you have an issue with someone on the site, you need to discuss it direct with the site Admins, not in the Forums |

North of The Wall - youll need your vest |
When there are questions relating to how the site works Admin instruct the mods to close the threads once the correct information has been given. Or sometimes they close the threads themselves.
OP you were talking about a problem with another member and you were given the correct information about how to deal with it. As I said on that thread, discussing other members isnt something for the forums. |
