The text number to extend our pass does not work on either of our phones ( we have always done this in the past ). I messaged site help already. Any ideas ? |

Have you tried phoning your mobile service provider? They may have introduced an automatic bar on premium-rate texts/calls unless you phone to confirm you wish to opt in.
