Hi guys - Why is it that some users I can PM in the chat rooms and others don't have the PM option? Thanks

Chatters have the option to turn them off so that they don't get PM's

Think it's aldo if they are on the mobile site of the desk top... only on desk top I can pm in the chat rooms x
