My profile is hidden...

...and someone has just sent a wink and a friend invite!!!!

How does that happen please?

Your profile may be hidden but it still shows the wink and add thingy above your profile hidden

It's a tad bizarre that someone would bother to wink / message a hidden profile but the option is available. It's only a block that takes all that away.

My Own Little World

If you look at my profile you will see it is hidden. But you can still wink, mail(unless filtered), friend, hotlist, private note and block me as all the buttons are still there.

It just means I can't view your pics or profile text and you won't turn up in searches.

As people have said, the wink/friends request buttons are still there, it's just the profile text and pictures that get hidden. People will have seen your posts in the Forum, and decided they would like to get to know you. And of course, you can just ignore them.

They must have been on your friends list or requested before when you block them for some silly reason then shows back on the friend request thing.

They haven't sent a new request just delete it.
