Noticing new members

We have just found that some new members don't show on our home page, we realised this because friends of ours asked about a new member profile and it didn't show on our page at all although does on theirs, have any other members with frineds or 2 proiles noticed this, and why does it happen ?

Newcastle and Gateshead

are you sure they are in the same postcode as you.... i am surrounded by 3 different postcode with .. and they don't show up on mine...
