viewing cams on chat

Hi,

I am trying to view cams on chat, I click on them and nothing appears.

I have rebooted fully, updated adobe, tried google chrome and still the same.

please help

You Dont Need to Know, right now

If you're on a computer which is running Windows 10, try using Firefox or Safari browser. If you're on a mobile device, try using Puffin browser.

I'm w10 and on chrome with no problems

W10 / Firefox / chrome - all works (had to download flash for FF to work though).

PS new to W10 ...
