Single profile should be couple

Hi , We have just noticed that our profile is fora single and not couple. The Mrs' details aren't on it. Can anyone help and tell us how to change it to a couple ? Thanks

Only admin can change it... hit the contact button

I can see both mr and Mrs details. Hopefully it got fixed
