We are having trouble updating the personal details on our profile.

No matter how many times we try and save details they never remain on the profile.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the usuals of deleting the temporary internet files and cookies?

You might be re-loading an old version of your details page.

No I haven't... I'll give it a go now and let you know how I get on.
