You're verified as a single male. Therefore, I don't think the admins will change your profile to a couple's profile, as you would then appear to be a verified couple.... which you're not.
You need to start a new couple's profile. |

If you want a new profile...then as above advice.
If you want to change current profile to couple....then report your own profile to admin using the report button! |

Just click on the Contact link at the bottom of the pages here , Admin will look into it for you |
