Epoch billing payment taken twice

I was charged £10 twice by Epoch billing when I upgraded earlier this week. I emailed them yesterday to ask for a refund but they have not responded to my email or refunded me the duplicate payment. Tonight I've tried to do their live chat but nobody is picking up my request. Please can you sort this out? Thanks X
