Joint profile changed to single profile

Logged on in joint profile username and unexpectedly found it had changed to a single account. How do I add hubby back on to our joint account again please?

You need to contact admin. Your profile is clear you are a couple so someone must have reported your profile based on messages you have sent them? That's my guess. |

Actually hubby is still on this profile, it is a Male profile
But hit the contact button at the bottom of the page for admin. |

Oh ok. It's got profile pic of hubby but my details (I'm the female J ) just can't see his details (s) and I haven't got the contact button at the bottom of the page  is this because we're not paying site support I wonder lol.

You using the mobile site or full site?
Full site has contact in the blue bar on every page.
Mobile site, contact is at the bottom of the home page.
Site supporter has nothing to do with it. |

Same thing happened to us. Still waiting for the change back to couples and its been a week now.

Your profile has been changed to a male profile because it states that the lady is not playing. It seems fair to me. |

Admin from the contact button is your best bet. they will mail you back giving pointers of why your profile was changed or change it back for you if needed after reviewing. |
