One you have sent or received?

Received - almost instantly.

Sent - Depends if and when they choose to display it.

If it has been sent but not received it could be because the 2 profiles have shared an internet connection, shared the same wifi. Or if 1 is out side of the others age preferences, check message filters, make sure they match and try again.
