I reported something to Admin last Saturday and they responded immediately with a question about my complaint. I'm still waiting to hear of an outcome as its now 6 days later. I've messaged twice for an update and heard nothing. I'm getting frustrated as I don't feel I can use the site properly dispite paying gold site supporter. Which I have done for over two years. What about customer service? |

They will investigate any report you make but they won't get back to you. It does say this when you report and on the FAQ's
They just deal with things if needed.
