maybe u cannot block all hiden profiles, but most definatly u can block particular hiden profile

As a move,even if a profile is hidden there is still a menu at the side allowing you to block that profile.

If you want to block a hidden profile ...go to your blocklist and type in the Box there username and boom blocked
