You can ask Admin from the Contact button (bottom of page) but since you have verifications as a single male, they are likely to recommend that you make a new couples profile, with your lady. Otherwise, it would look as though you're verified as a couple, when it's only you who is verified. |

Why not, in the mean time add a description and details of her on the profile. we both have single profiles on here as well as our couples one. |
