Not sure if this is the right place.
But I've noticed I've been getting messages winks and friends requests from profiles that my fliters are meant to have filtered out.
I know I would have made contact with the profile in question either.
Just wondering if there's any reason for this? |

Your filters stop them from messaging, it doesnt stop them from winking or sending friend requests.
Personally I think the filters should also apply to winks as a good 99% winks i get are from people that dont match my profile at all, and they know that as they wink and not message, if they tried to message they would get the filter block |

Wish there were filters for areas as I'm only interested in local people (do state this on my profile) but at least 80% of my messages are from people miles away! |

The one that brought me to make this thread I have one of my filters set to only verified profiles can message me. Yet I have a message from a non verified profile sitting in my inbox. /:
But then the age thing as well. Have had many messages off people who are way out of my age range when I know full well I haven't messaged them before. |

Is the message from a profile that is photo verified but not meet/cam verified, if so he passes the filter because he is photo verified. |

No not verified in any way.. Lol that's why I said an unverified profile. As I know photo verified counts. It's just baffled me. |

I only asked as a friend had the same, until she noticed the photo verify. She didn't realise that counted.
Have you actually set message filters or just preferences, if the latter then anyone can still message |
