Verify as Genuine

Why can't I verify someone as genuine who I have met on this site. They have no veris and it appears that is the stopping point ?? Is there some way around this

Because you are only photo verified - you have to be verified by other people to be able to verify others yourself

Best way is for one of you to go into chat rooms on webcam and ask for web veri, once got that, can then verify each other
