Hi i recently tried to pay to be a supporter.after doing it i realised i didnt have enough cash on my fone.when i did have money on my fone i tried again and was successful but after that you charged me to the same phone for the original text.so i have paid double.is there any way you can put this right even if its just to extent my membership.thanks. |

If you've had two charges, you should have two separate PIN numbers. Just key each PIN in, separately, and it will extend your membership for the appropriate (double-length) time. |
