What does it mean please? It's next to the green tick to the left hand side and how long has it been there.

It's been there a while I think, but not really sure what it means :/

My best guess is it's just a little logo for the verification summary since it's not seen anywhere else, only apprears there when someone has a visible verification summary. *shrug*
