Friends account vanished?

Hi everyone a close friends account seems to have vanished we met up today and I had a look for her it is acting like it is suspended? It does not send messages nor does it receive any either it is also not showing up. My friend is verified both by photo and meets. Their account stopped working at some point last night they said but they are unable to figure out why? She did inform me that she had an issue with a male user last night and told him that she is sick of fake people on the site and that she will be reporting him due to him being abusive at her not sending pictures.
Later in the night she said she noticed that her messages wasn't sending as she said she facebooked me and asked if I got her message I informed her no and so she tried again with no luck?
What has happened here my friend was not abusive to the male other than telling him to piss off which is nothing compared to what he said yet her account seems to have been suspended any ideas why?
