Reporting private photos

I was sent some photos privately attached to a message that I want to report but there doesn't seem to be a report button on the photos when I click on them? What's the best way of going about this, report the message or the individual? Many thanks.

There should be a report button on the message where you can report the pic, if not go to their profile and hit the report button there.
