Problems when in Directing room can only see a very small part of other webcams

When having a look at Directing room webcams can only see a very small part of the top of the webcam for other user people in room have suggested clicking on the + button but we are unable to see even this control can you possibly please advise us how to fix this problem or what the problem is please |

not had this problem,but have had it with the chat window,sometimes it fits the whole screen and when i minimze it it goes too small,have you tried to minimze the whole page then resize it,just a tought |
