I was told by someone who apparently knew the girl

I was talking to was under 18... 17 to be precise.

I have reported the profile as illegal but wonder

What would you have done?

It's not illegal. Just against site rules. 16 is age of consent.

Dirty pictures are illegal, however. If you received any, make sure you delete.

Did the right thing reporting as the site is strictly 18 + so those profiles arent allowed
