It seems that the chat and cam sections don't work on an iPad as they don't have flash... Are you guys aware of this and is it something you intend to change or not ?

As all cams use flash then maybe you need to mail Steve Jobs@Apple and tell him to kiss and make up with adobe who make flashplayer.....

Nope

Ipad2 will have 2 cameras but the front one will be for FaceTime (video calling) only

iPads don't have any camera at all !

As for flash then lots of sites do bother to optimise for iPad use, and don't use flash, there is a flash alternative in the pipe line.

Why "optimise" for such a niche product, especially one that hasn't "optimised" itself in the first place?

iPads don't have flash because it's outdated. Some sites have optimised their cams by using HTML 5 which is a far better option and with much better quality too
