i have tried twice to upgrade as my pass runs out tomorrow ,,but not had a reply ..dont want to keep trying incase it costs each time..any help with be greatly welcome
Click on the Contact page on the bottom of the screen and there is an upgrade option to click on.
Give as much information as you can, you number etc and Admin look into it.
