We have now found out the issue with some email notifications.
If your ISP is Virgin media there lays the issue.
VM have recently changed their Servers and are now managed by google mail, and they have built in features that automatically block repetitive email traffic (there is nothing you can do about it).
There are many web forums on this and VM are not responding to the issue..
It started off affecting blueyonder accounts, now NTLworld accounts and some VM accounts..
Only solution is to change your email address, we have and no more issues.
