Yes. Years ago - long before I joined Fab, and during all of my renewals.

Seems I'll have to wait until Admin. notice. Sad about loosing the five-day early renewal bonus.

This is the error screen message:

"The connection to payment-

c38b.emppay.com was interrupted

while the page was loading."

I am not going to replace Firefox for the sole purpose of paying my FS sub. It has never happened before.

I can't renew via the txt message on here aswell. I've sent 4 messages to the number with no reply.

Cracked it! You have to pay using a credit card, but via Paypal. I guess Admin. will correct the software after the weekend.

It costs too much to process so Admin lose out if it is a smaller amount, a bit like shops not accepting a card for anything less than £5
