Thats a massive assumption!! Men aren't the only ones to leave the site, or be married.
OP, it basically means that since the user sent the message they have left the site and deleted the profile. |

It displays this as the user has left the site for whatever reason. It's not our place to speculate why... there are many reasons. |

How is it wasting your time if he /they /she sent a message and then left? Delete the mail, move on to the next available person. |
