If someone has hidden their profile, it is from all users so no one can see if, not just specific users.
For blocking, the only way to know if for you to try to access their profiles. Obviously if they have blocked you it is for a reason so no real use having a list for it as you'll never know why anyways. |

Why would you want to? They've blocked you, they don't want you to contact them ! Just forget about them and move on. |
