How can someone who i think blocked me still send me winks??

Why are they allowed to still view me if they've blocked me??

Block them yourself and they won't be able to toggle their own block

He's sending me winks. Dunno why when he's blocked me? Can't view his profile either

I tried to but can't access his profile or by writing in his name not through messages he's sent Melbourne.

I found it!! Went on his profile and it said he may have blocked me so I looked at the drop down menu box and block user is on there!!
