Membership upgrade by phone issues

I recently made a call to have my membership upgraded to a silver account, something i've done many times before. I made a call this morning and got 2 and a 1/2 minutes into the phone call, and just when it was about to reveal the PIN, the phone line cut off and said the other person had cleared.

I didnt want to call again and waste another 3 mins to not get a PIN again. Has anyone else had this issue, and is there anyone i can contact to look into it.

I made the call at 3:54 am (up late and bored lol)

You need to send all the info with your number to Admin, to do this you can either click on the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page and it will give you an option to click ,or copy and paste this link .

That happened to us New Years eve,we took Rugbys advice and emailed admin and they resolved it for us x
