pin rejected

Hi can admin or any one else tell me what happens when i have sent my query regarding pins and them not working but I have still been charged.

When I sent my query all I got was , thanks for you feedback and nothing else .

I gave the pin ,the phone no I used and also what up grade I wanted .

I really don't want to spend any more money .

When did you contact Admin? They are usually pretty quick but they say it sometimes can take 24-48 hrs to get through all the reports

To be honest it wasn't that long ago , I am a little impatient and a little pissed off the pin didn't work .

Thankyou very much for your help . I will wait until I hear from admin before I upgrade again .
