Help with uploading pics

Hi and hope someone can help.

We have been trying to upload new pics but when we upload our pc says it is sednding a request to images.fabswinger but then nothing happens and eventually comes up with a message saying error.

sounds like they are ??? dont get that message when uploading through laptop -
